How much does move out cleaning cost?
Pricing is based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed, with smaller apartments costing less than larger houses. You'll get a customized quote after telling us the square footage or number of bedrooms, so there are no surprises on the final bill.
What's included in a move out clean?
Every clean covers cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out, appliance interiors like the oven and fridge, bathrooms sanitized top to bottom, baseboards and window sills hand-wiped, and all floors vacuumed and mopped. It's a full top-to-bottom deep clean, not a quick surface wipe.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No, many customers schedule the clean for after the moving truck leaves and aren't on site while it happens. Just make sure the crew has access, whether that's a key, a lockbox code, or coordinating with a property manager.
When should I book the cleaning relative to my move date?
Right after the truck is loaded and the home is empty is ideal, since an empty space is faster and easier to clean thoroughly. Book the cleaning for the same day as your move or the day after, before keys are handed back.
Will this clean guarantee I get my deposit back?
